4:30-5:30 Program part of the event
· Pledge of allegiance – Children led
· The National Anthem – Ruth Seiler
· Opening prayer - Pastor Dale Carver, Hagerstown Bible Church
· Acknowledgement of identified dignitaries
· Awards to the speech contest finalists
· Speech by the winner of the student speech contest
· Speech by Randy Buchman
· God Bless America – Gary Rohrer
· Speech by George Michael
· Speech by Jim Warner
· Ceremonial dropping of tea bags into pool
· Description of Next Steps
